Nick Armstrong

Senior Support Specialist

Nick joined Engineerica in September of 2012.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from DeVry University-Florida.  Nick also has IT certifications for CompTIA, Microsoft, and CISCO.

Jorge Rodriguez

Software Support Specialist 

 

Jorge has been working with technology and computer systems for over 15+ years. Since starting at Engineerica,  Jorge has spent most of his time learning everything there is to know about Accudemia. His determination to learn this software grew into a passion when he started sharing his knowledge to teach others. He now teaches users how to operate and utilize Accudemia and all of its capabilities to better manage their centers.

Rachel Cook

Customer Success Manager

Rachel spent six years in higher education as a Writing Center Manager at Hillsborough Community College, and Peer Tutoring Coordinator at Florida SouthWestern State College. She has also worked as an adjunct and served on several committees related to retention and student success.

 

She worked for Engineerica Systems as an implementation specialist for two years, working with higher education clients all across the country, and now works exclusively with Accudemia clients as the Accudemia Customer Success Manager. She loves empowering student support staff to better track the use of their resources and use their Accudemia systems to the fullest potential, giving them more time to spend helping students succeed.

Sales Manager

Chadd has worked with Engineerica since February of 2011.  Chadd has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Administration from the University of Central Florida.
