Engineerica’s Academic Center Summit returns February 7 to 9, 2027, in Orlando, Florida, bringing together tutoring and academic center managers, educators, and administrators from across the country. Across three days of professional development, collaboration, and hands-on training, attendees explore the latest innovations and best practices in academic center management and leave with practical strategies they can put to work right away.

Venue and Location

The Summit takes place at The Celeste Hotel, located on the main campus of the University of Central Florida at 4105 N Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826. Its setting on one of America’s largest university campuses creates an inspiring atmosphere for learning and offers convenient access to campus resources, dining, and entertainment. A discounted room rate of $199 per night is available for attendees.

What’s on the Program

The program features expert-led breakout sessions presented by higher education colleagues, dedicated Accudemia training, a keynote session, and structured networking throughout. Attendees can also join an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the UCF learning centers and a scenic Winter Park boat excursion, with round-trip transportation provided from the host hotel. Breakfast is included on both Monday and Tuesday.

Registration and Pricing

Registration is open now. Early Bird pricing of $490 is available through October 31, 2026, followed by Regular registration at $540 through December 31, 2026, and Late registration at $590 beginning January 1, 2027.
