The wait is finally over and we are ready to release a new version of Accudemia. This version has the Phase I enhancements we announced earlier. Watch the accompanying short video for a sneak peek and to know what to expect
Your Accudemia software will be upgraded to the new version in the next few days. We will do the work and you do not have to do anything at your end. Once the upgrade is completed, your Accudemia software will be running with the much-improved interface. For a smoother transition, we will perform the upgrade after work hours so you’ll see the new version when you start in the morning.
Did you know? It took 3 months of intense work from our software developers to create this new version of Accudemia. While we did a lot of in-house testing of the new version, there is always a chance that we missed something! If you run into an issue, do not worry! We will be standing by to address any discovered issues with the new release. Simply email support@accudemia.com ASAP to report the issue. For a faster resolution, make sure to include a detailed description of the issue.
We hope you will enjoy this new version. In addition to a much sharper and more modern interface, the new version will work much better on mobile devices, which opens a lot of new capabilities for your Accudemia account.
