Engineerica's Academic Center Summit 2027 is now open for registration
Three days of professional development, training, and networking for academic center leaders.

Engineerica’s Involvement in the Events Community

Representatives from Engineerica have been busy this quarter. We participated in a few Tech and Beers Orlando meetups to see what the local tech community consisted of, see the latest trends and make sure we are staying current to expand our industry reach. We attended a number of MPI networking events where we connected with meeting planners and built relationships with professionals from various organizations, including ILEA, NACE, and more. Engineerica is now a member of FSAE. We’ve enjoyed a number of roundtables where we continue to learn and grow with fellow event professionals. It’s exciting to gain additional insight in the association market to better serve our association executives.

“Engineerica has partnered with Experience Kissimmee where we contribute to their mission to provide the best services and solutions that continue to make Kissimmee a preferred destination for tourism, conferences and events”

Engineerica has partnered with Experience Kissimmee, where we contribute to their mission to provide the best services and solutions that continue to make Kissimmee a preferred destination for tourism, conferences, and events. We’re becoming more a part of the community to spread awareness, making sure people in our backyard know us, our values, and how we started locally. Through this partnership, Rachel Gray recently gave a presentation entitled “The Future of Events,” in which she highlighted the integration and innovation of Conference Tracker, focusing on the 25-year history of Engineerica, providing an overview and explaining the conference organizer benefits of using Conference Tracker for events. Engineerica exhibited at the NESAE 2020 Education Meeting in January, attended sessions, listened to client needs, and came away with some great ideas. We learned a lot while feeling welcomed, appreciated, and accepted by the great people of New England.

Listen to the Swag and Repeat Podcast, where Rachel Gray was a featured guest, discussing our reach in the Orlando area and emphasizing our aim to give back to the community where we started. Swag and Repeat represents MPI and discusses upcoming networking events, job openings, and features industry experts.
