Cancellations and Refunds Policy

Payment Terms

The Service is billed in advance.  If you use our online registration form to open your account, you will get your account access information upon successful completion of the registration process.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only Florida Sales tax, which we will collect.

We accept credit cards and business checks for payment. Delinquent account may be suspended or canceled at Engineerica's sole discretion. Engineerica may bill an additional charge to reinstate a suspended account.

Account Cancellations

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. To cancel your account, call us.  You will need to confirm the cancellation with either a letter or an email message.

If you cancel your account thirty days (30 days) or more prior to the start of the event your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will get a refund of the service fee minus a fifty dollar ($50) processing fee.

No refunds will be provided if you cancel your account with less than thirty days (30 days) from the start of the event.

All of your Content will be deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

Refunds Policy

You are solely responsible for using your Conference Leads account to capture leads during the event.  No refunds will be issued if any of the following reasons.  In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

  1. If you fail to follow any of the items in the checklist available here.
  2. If you do not have or do not use a supported device to run the app.  Please test the app with your device prior to the event to make sure it is supported.
  3. If you or your rep do not use Conference Leads at the event.
  4. If you fail to follow the usage instructions as explained in the user manuals.  The user manuals are available here.
  5. If you do not have Internet connection.  You need Internet connection to download the app, to sync the data with the server the day prior to the event, and to upload the captured leads after the event. You do not need Internet connection to capture the leads during the event.
  6. If you fail to sync the device after the event to upload your data.
  7. If you lose your device.
  8. If you encounter trouble and fail to promptly contact our support department for assistance.
  9. If you cancel the account within less than 30 days of the start of the event.

All of your Content will be deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

Service Outage

In the unlikely event that our server goes down or the server's connection to the Internet is unavailable, you will still be able to use the Conference Leads app for capturing your leads.  There is no need to worry because the Conference Leads app will save your captured leads locally on your device and will upload the contacts to the server later when the connection is restored.  Therefore, even if you are unable to sync your device during the conference, you will still be able to use the Confernce Leads app to capture your contacts.

In case you encounter any issues with the service that are not described above, please contact support as soon as possible.
