License Purchases
Conference Leads licenses are sold for use at a specific conference.
Cancellation
A license purchase may be cancelled within 30 days of purchase, provided the cancellation occurs before the conference begins and the license has not been used.
Refunds
If eligible, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
No refunds will be provided:
- after the conference has started;
- after the license has been used to collect leads;
- for partially used licenses; or
- after 30 days from purchase.
Licenses Purchased from the Conference Organizer
Some Conference Leads licenses are purchased directly from the conference organizer rather than from Engineerica as part of the organizer’s exhibitor package or bulk license purchase. In such cases, any requests regarding cancellations or refunds must be directed to the conference organizer, and the organizer’s refund policies will apply.
Conference Cancellation
If a conference is cancelled, postponed, or modified, refund eligibility will be determined by Engineerica in coordination with the conference organizer.
