AccuTrack, AccuSQL and AccuLite Sunset Plan

Per our July 2024 AccuTrack/AccuSQL/AccuLite Sunset Announcement, we are no longer renewing subscriptions nor support plans for these products. If you still have an active subscription and/or support plan, you will receive limited support until the expiration of your support plan, or until August 31, 2025, whichever occurs first.  The support will be limited as follows:

  1. Since July 25, 2024: AccuTrack/AccuSQL/AccuLite will no longer receive any software updates of any kind.
  2. Normal technical support for active support holders, excluding software updates, will be offered until May 1, 2025.
  3. After May 1, 2025, support will only be offered via email.  No online assistance sessions nor phone support will be offered.
  4. All support for the above applications will end on August 31, 2025, or on your current active support end date, whichever comes first.
  5. After August 31, 2025, support resources for the above applications including user documentation, recorded videos, KBs, etc. could be removed without further notice.

There is a risk in using outdated and unsupported software as it could stop working on future updates of Windows.   In addition, there is security vulnerability associated with using legacy applications and outdated software libraries.  If you are still using AccuTrack, AccuSQL, or AccuLite, we urge you to move to their cloud replacement, Accudemia, ASAP.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
