Like many student services, the Office of Student Success at Oral Roberts University wanted to understand the number of students being served through their center. So they implemented Accudemia, and used features such as appointments, sign-in stations, and virtual visits tracking to get the information they needed.
Accudemia adds to the center’s mission because it helps students follow through with the appointments they’ve made through reminders and accountability. “It’s a great tool to help measure activity in your offices as well as scheduling appointments according to availability,” says Greg.
