Accudemia Pricing

Accudemia is licensed per academic center.  There are three types of licenses available:

• Accudemia License
• Accudemia Light License
• Essentials

(1) Accudemia License:
The Accudemia License allows you to set up and manage multiple centers in one Accudemia account.  Import your students and enrollment data once for all the centers.  Get reports for all the centers or filter them by a specific center.  Many configuration options can be set up per center allowing you to have different operational rules per center.  Another advantage: your Accudemia administrator can manage the system for all your centers from one convenient place!  You also get unlimited support for your authorized technical contacts. This license is our most common license and includes:

• Software and database hosting on our server in the Amazon cloud.  No need to buy expensive web servers, database engines, etc.  No need to install software – all you need is a web browser!
• Up to 20,000 active students for the first center. Each additional center adds another 20,000 students to the institution’s account capacity.
• 3+ technical contacts (TC): 1 college-wide  TC + 1 TC per center + 1 IT TC (for setting up imports and SSO).
• US-based, unlimited support to your authorized technical contacts. Support is available via email, phone, and live online assistance.
• Usage of Accudemia at all licensed centers including those at different locations and campuses.
• Text messaging credits: 20,000 text messages to use for communicating with students.
• Free iAccu app licenses (one per center). Use this app to record attendance with a mobile device in places where the computer station is not available.
• Outlook and Google Calendar Sync: Ability to synch staff (e.g. tutors or advisors) Office 365 Outlook calendars with their Accudemia calendars.
• New User Dashboard to increase productivity: See your center’s activity all on one screen!
• Student-facing mobile device app included at no charge. This includes both an Apple iOS App and a new Android app.
• Engagement Board to facilitate communications with students.
• Support Drop Box for asynchronous tutoring, paper review, and other assignment reviews that do not require students to visit.
• Resource Reservations to allow students to book or reserve spaces/rooms around campus.
• Activities module that allows students to register for workshops, seminars, or events around campus.

The annual license fee for the Accudemia License is $3,700 for the first center + $2,395 per additional center.

(2) Accudemia Light License:
This license is designed for small centers with small budgets.  This license includes:

• Software and database hosting on our server in the Amazon cloud.  No need to buy expensive web servers, database engines, etc.  No need to install software – all you need is a web browser!
• Up to 5,000 active students in the database.
• One technical contact supported.
• Unlimited support during the first month after ordering the system. Up to 10 Support Units per month afterward.
• Only one center – no additional centers on the same account.
• Text messaging credit: 1,000 text messages included.  Additional messaging is available for an additional fee.
• 1 free iAccu license included. Use this to record attendance with a mobile device in places where the computer station is not available.
• NOTE: No student referrals in this version.  No Outlook Sync.  No User Dashboard. No Engagement Board. No Mobile Apps.

The license fee for the Accudemia Light License is $2,500 per year + an optional $500 (One-time SSO Setup Fee)

(3) Essentials:
This license is designed for small centers only looking for a basic appointment scheduling system with an annual subscription fee under $1,000. It includes:

• Software and database hosting on our server in the Amazon cloud.  No need to buy expensive web servers, database engines, etc.  No need to install software – all you need is a web browser!
• Up to 3,000 active students in the database.
• One technical contact supported.
• Unlimited support during the first month after ordering.  Up to 5 Support Units per month.
• Only one center – no additional centers on the same account.
• Text messaging: 100 text messages included.  Additional messaging is available for a fee.

Includes:

• Appointments scheduling
• Virtual Sessions Support
• Industry-standard SSL encryption for encrypting the data traveling between your computer and our servers
• Getting Started Session
• Visit tracking is NOT included in this edition.
