College campuses across the nation and the world closed forcing faculty and student services professionals to move their courses and support services online. This case study takes a deeper look into how California Baptist University’s Tutoring Center was able to implement their new virtual services, the tools they used as well as the important role data-tracking along the way has played in their operational decisions, communication strategies, and making a case for keeping student service professionals’ jobs secure during this time when funding is unstable and students need more assistance, not less.
