About the Orlando Training Class

The training class will enable you to make the most out of AccuTrack or AccuSQL. Learn about the different modules the software provides and how to implement them at your center. Get power user tips, ask questions directly to the AccuTrack support team, and interact with other AccuTrack users.

Orlando Training Agenda

The AccuTrack training class will be offered over a 2-day period. The agenda will be sent to attendees about a week in advance of the schedule Training Seminar.  This way we can tailor the event to the attendees joining us for the training.


Schedule

The training is usually held on Thursday and Friday so you can stay after training and enjoy a weekend in Orlando's famous attractions!

The training session is conducted over two days with the following schedule:

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Lunch break noon to 1:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Lunch break noon to 1:00 PM

* To conduct an Orlando training session we need a minimum of 3 attendees total. If we do not get the minimum we will have to cancel the session. Please contact us prior to making your travel arrangements to make sure that we have the minimum number of attendees for your selected training dates. At the same time, since seating is very limited, you should contact us to confirm that we are not at capacity prior to making any travel arrangements. We cannot guarantee a spot for you prior to receiving and processing both your registration form and your payment/deposit.

Orlando Training Fees

(1) PLATINUM PLUS SUBSCRIBERS

If you have an active Platinum Plus subscription, you can send up to two people to the Orlando training session per calendar year with no registration fee! Offer subject to availability.

To get accurate registration data, we require a fully refundable $100 deposit to reserve each training seat.  The $100 will be refunded in full if you attend the training session, or if you cancel your training registration at least two weeks before the training date.  You will lose the deposit If you do not attend the session and do not cancel at least two weeks ahead.   The deposit can be paid with a credit card or check and must be received at least two weeks prior to the training date.

NOTE: While the registration fee is waived for active Platinum Plus subscribers, attendees are still responsible for their own travel expenses.

(2) NON PLATINUM PLUS SUBSCRIBERS

We offer a $100 discount to those who register early. To get this early-bird rate, we must receive both your registration form and payment no later than 30 calendar days prior to the training date. Registration less than 30 days prior to seminar date and on-site registration are considered regular registration. The early-bird and regular registration fees are shown below.

A $100 discount is provided for additional persons from the same college if they attend on the same dates. The first person pays the full fee, while each additional person gets $100 discount.

NOTE: The fee above does not include meals, lodging, transportation and other travel expenses. You are responsible for these expenses.


Laptops

Since this is hands-on training, each attendee will need a laptop with AccuTrack preloaded on it. If you are unable to bring your own laptop, we offer a rental service for $99. This fee covers using the laptop during the two-day training session. Please let us know beforehand if you need to rent a laptop so we can have it ready for you.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend we encourage you to send a substitute. If you are unable to do so, we will consider a request for a refund of your registration fee if requested no later than 14 days prior to the training date. When we can honor a refund request, the refund is reduced by a $50.00 service charge.

If we cancel the session for any reason, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit / refund on the registration fee, if any, and registering for another session.
