Please read this announcement for important information regarding your use of our cloud-based software.
On July 3rd we will be performing some important maintenance tasks on our cloud servers. This includes installing the latest updates on the server and optimizing our recovery processes. The maintenance process could take the entire day.
The maintenance task will affect all hosted accounts of the following systems: Accudemia, Conference Tracker, AccuCampus, AccuTraining and AccuClub.
If you have a self-hosted installation of Accudemia, you will not be affected.
Friday July 3rd, 2015, starting at around 8 AM eastern time.
If you need to track attendance during that day, please install and configure one of our iPhone apps BEFORE that day: iAccu for Accudemia, iAccuClass for AccuClass, or iConf Conference Tracker.
After the upgrade, Accudemia administrators will need to:
1) Upgrade the Accudemia Data Exchange tool (ADX)
2) Reset your Accudemia password
3) Login in ADX using the new password.
