It's that time of the year again and your end-of-the-year gift is ready to be mailed! Learn how to get yours below.
This month we are announcing the availability of AccuTrack/AccuSQL 12 installation CDs, a new user feedback system for Accudemia, AccuTrack /AccuSQL, and a new iAccu release. We are also announcing the first ever Accudemia Orlando training class, the latest software training webinars, and the December AccuTrack/AccuSQL Orlando training class!
During the past two months we made version 12 available for Platinum Plus subscribers via free software download. This made the new version available to those who were in a rush to get it.
We are now putting the final touches on the installation CDs of version 12. In addition to updating the software with some last minute improvements, we updated its user's manuals (Quick Start and Reference) with version 12 new features. The CD version should be ready for shipping on October 22, 2012.
If you have an active Platinum Plus subscription you qualify for a free upgrade to version 12 and complimentary copy of the installation CDs. This copy will be customized with your college logo. We expect heavy demand for this new CD, so requests will be handled on first-come, first-served basis. Please be patient as we work through the requests.

As announced, Accudemia was taken down for maintenance on Saturday October 6, 2012. During this time we implemented a number of improvements to the system. The improvements suggestions were the results of several weeks of server monitoring and analysis by a SQL Server engineer. We are very pleased with the results as our monitoring logs show great system performance improvements. You should notice the improved speed and faster response time as well.
Let us know what you think of these improvements.
iAccu converts your Apple iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad into a portable attendance tracking device. Use iAccu for tracking attendance at any event or place where you do not have a computer to use as a sign-in station. The attendance data is saved on the device and later uploaded to Accudemia's server via Wi-Fi or cell data connection!
The latest version of iAccu adds the ability to sign students in and out by reading a barcode with their ID number. The barcode is read via the Apple's device camera, so you do not need to buy expensive barcode scanners! Don't have a barcode on your student ID cards? No problem - you can easily print out barcodes on a label using your regular printer. Stick the barcode label on the student's ID card and you are ready to go!
Version 1.3 of iAccu is now available for download on the Apple Store. For more information please visit the iAccu website here.
Those of you who have been with us for a while know what it is! For the rest we would leave it as a surprise. We only have 100 of these gifts, so we will distribute them on first-come, first-served basis.
Your gift will by mailed via USPS. All we need is your mailing address. Send this to us by filling out the form here.
