AccuClass Update – Check out all the new features!
We have taken submissions from you through our AccuClass User Voice (link is external) website to offer customizations that everyone wanted to see in AccuClass.
We have improved so much you will be amazed the next time that you login to your AccuClass account. Some of the major items to note are a new Kiosk mode for those using Time-clocks with Sign-ins/outs, beautiful new and improved reporting options, improved naviagtion and control over your account, and much more!

Below is a list of all the Enhancements:
Account Options - Changes made to the My Account menu options.
Account Options - Added account expiration email reminders, 14 days before and the day before expiration.
Advanced Options- Added setting "Allow signing-out late by" to allow students to sign-out after the class has ended.
Advanced Options - Added information in the Export page to do it on a schedule
Attendance - Fixed time display on "Unresolved Swipes" and "Swipe Details" screens
Attendance - Added the year in roll call and attendance sheet screens.
Attendance - Attendance Summary report change to Attendance Log.
Attendance - Added 3 new Attendance Summary reports, with summaries by: Class, Student and Semester.
Attendance - Added 'loading' and 'no students founds' in the Attendance Logs screens.
Attendance - Fixed Swipe Change History window in Attendance Log Details.
Classes - They are now automatically updated after the Semester dates are updated/changed.
Classes - Semesters filter in the Classes screen is now sorted (latest first).
Classes - Improved display of the weekly schedule view when the sessions are too short (only a few minutes long)
Classes - While editing a class, now it says "Check sessions after saving: [ ] Automatic | [ ] Manual". It already existed but was a bit more confusing.
Classes - Fixed the help tooltips in the edit class screen for improved understanding.
Classes - Added option to cancel a specific session (available under Edit Class > View/Edit Sessions).
Classes - Added option to create Semesters, Departments and Classrooms without leaving the "Create Class" screen:
Imports - Updated import screen layout for more clarity and organization.
Sign-in Station - Fixed layout and responsiveness of the computer sign-in station.
Students - Fixed QR label printout sorting the names alphabetically instead of by card number.
Student Enrollment- Added option to (un)enroll or drop multiple Students from a Class by pasting their IDs:
Student Enrollment - Improved student enrollment screen (now just pressing Enter adds the student directly and shows who's enrolled)
Main Menu - re-organization of the names and layout of several links/buttons across the options.
Time-Clocks - Added option in the AccuClass Time-Clock Hub to work as a Kiosk mode instead of having to have the Students switch between the In/Out options in the clock.
