We are excited to announce a new consulting service to AccuTrack and AccuSQL users. As you know, AccuTrack and AccuSQL are essentially blank canvases for tracking and reporting student use of services and resources. This empowers you with the ability to create nearly any tracking configuration for your needs. But how do you create best practices within your implementation of AccuTrack or AccuSQL? To help you figure this out, we now offer consultations for various implementation scenarios that are focused on retention and student success. Several consultation topics are available including:
Make the most of your AccuTrack or AccuSQL investment by booking one or more of the above online and onsite consultations. For more information please visit this webpage:

If you use either the Intake System or Activity Waiting List feature in AccuTrack or AccuSQL to control the intake of your students, we have great news for you: we developed new Web-based software that will project the waiting list on a monitor. This makes it possible for students in the waiting list or even outside of it to view their place in line. Using this option, students will not need to access the Intake System or Activity Waiting List option in AccuTrack or AccuSQL itself to get this information; it will be right in front of them.
Here is a sneak peek. In this example, there are 13 people waiting in an Advising Center:
The screen will automatically rotate views to show all the people in the list:
You have control over the look of the screen through a style sheet:
and you can adjust various settings, including the rows displayed on each page, the refresh rate, screen location, and the scrolling marquee at the bottom of the page through an XML file:
If this sounds like something that might be helpful at your center contact us for a complimentary test copy. You must have AccuTrack or AccuSQL 2014. Simply send an e-mail to support@accutrack.org.
