USED TO ATTACH PHOTOS TO STUDENT RECORDS FOR DISPLAY IN VARIOUS PLACES IN THE APPLICATION

CSV Mapped Columns:

#	Field Name	Type (Char Limit)
1	(Student) User ID	varchar (40)
2	Picture File Path	int (max)

*Fields highlighted in yellow are required to import.

Explanation:

The User ID is the student ID.

The Picture File Path is the exact location and file name that the import will use for each students' photo file.

Example:

If using the sample CSV file to test the import replace "\\SERVER\SHARED_FOLDER\" with the folders path information where the picture files are stored on your computer/network.
