Conference Tracker Tip: Send an Attendance Summary Report to your Conference Attendees

In addition to the ability to broadcast attendance certificates to your attendees, you can also broadcast a general attendance report.  Here is how:

1. Launch the Conference Tracker "Email Broadcast" feature
2. Select "All Attendees" in the "To" field.
3. Create your email template.
   • In the template, use the dynamic field $Sessions$ to list all the workshops attended by each attendee.
   • If you assign credits for attendance, use the dynamic field $Credits$ to show the total credit earned.
4. Click "Send Emails"
