After the Tennessee Community HIV-AIDS Partnership (TNCHAP) worked with Conference Tracker to recreate their annual event online, they reached out to local partners seeking sponsors and securing exhibitors. In part 3 of a short series of podcast episodes, TNCHAP event organizers, Tina Plank, Southeast TNCHAP Prevention Chair, and Nikita Edwards, Regional HIV Manager for United Way of Greater Nashville, talk through the steps they took to market and win sponsors as well as how they promoted and showcased their partners during the virtual event
