We’re excited to announce our addition of direct integration with Outlook 365 and Google Calendar in Accudemia.

This two-way sync will:

  • Send appointments made in Accudemia to your Outlook calendar instantly.
  • Enable you to reschedule or cancel Accudemia appointments from within Outlook.
  • Notify you by email of any changes made in Outlook to your Accudemia appointments.
  • Update your availability in Accudemia when appointments are added to your Outlook calendar.
  • Adhere to your Accudemia appointment restrictions even when attempting to change the appointment from Outlook.

Please watch this video for a quick demonstration of how this integration works.

The calendar sync is done via a third-party utility that seamlessly adds your Accudemia appointments to Outlook and will also add your Outlook appointments to Accudemia! Activating this tool in your account requires a fee that is calculated like this:

  1. A platform fee that includes licensing up to 100 of your staff members (tutors, advisors, etc.) for syncing their Outlook or Google calendars with Accudemia.
  2. A nominal fee for each additional staff member over the first 100 who will use the sync utility

If you are interested in adding the Microsoft 365 Outlook or Google calendar integration feature in Accudemia for your center staff, contact us for more details.
