Why Get Implementation Support for Your Center or Institution?

Our Implementation Team is comprised of former higher education employees who are experts both in Engineerica’s software and in the nuances and needs of multiple types of student support areas. We are here to help you make the most out of your purchase and set up your software so that it works in synergy with your established processes and procedures.
While AccuCampus users receive unlimited implementation assistance for no additional cost, AccuTrack, AccuSQL, and Accudemia users receive only up to four complimentary hours per year per institution, depending on their license level (NOTE: Implementation support is different than technical support, which is unlimited with most licenses. We know that many of our users could benefit from additional implementation hours, which can consist of online assistance, an in-person visit to your institution, or a combination of the two. Our Implementation Team will work with you to determine your level of needs and design a package that is right for you and your colleagues. Once your hours are done, your product will be set up and you and your staff will be ready to track students exactly the way you need to.
