Staff Panel

The Staff Panel is a special interface to AccuSQL designed for academic advisors, tutors, and other staff members. The Staff Panel combines the most common features needed by staff members into a single screen! This helps the staff members become more productive as it simplifies their access to the daily functions they need to perform.

Using the AccuSQL Staff Panel, your staff can:

View students on the waiting list.
Sign students in.
View student's past visits and future appointments.
View student's class registration.
View associated tutors (or advisors) and groups.
Add meeting comments and view past session logs.
Fill out the Session Questionnaire.
Register the student to a seminar or activity.
Schedule an appointment for the student.
View own work schedule and appointments.

AccuSQL Subscription Service: (offered after February 1, 2016) The Staff Panel is included with your AccuSQL subscription service. If you do not have the AccuSQL subscription, contact us for a price quote.

AccuSQL Subscription Service: (offered after February 1, 2016) Support for the Staff Panel is included with your subscription.

AccuSQL Users without a Subscription Service: The initial licensing fee includes tech support and software updates for the Staff Panel for the first year. After the first year you can renew the support and upgrades for 20% of the license fee.
