  • Web Gateway: This software runs on the Client's web server and connects to the AccuSQL SQL Server database on the Client's network.
  • Computer Lab Software: This software uses the AccuSQL SQL Server database on the Client's network.
  • StaffTab: This software connects directly to the AccuSQL SQL Server database on the Client's network.
  • SignInTab: This software connects directly to the AccuSQL SQL Server database on the Client's network.
  • StaffPanel: This software connects directly to the AccuSQL SQL Server database on the Client's network.
  • WaitingList: This software connects directly to the AccuSQL SQL Server database on the Client's network.
  • iAccu: This software requires a copy of the AccuSQL SQL Server database to be running on a cloud server.  By default, the cloud database is running on the Engineerica cloud server, which is hosted in the Amazon cloud.  If you prefer to host this cloud database on your own (Client's) cloud, please contact us.

The security of your information is important to us. Since the AccuSQL database is hosted on your network, we do not have access to it.  It is the Client's responsibility to secure their AccuSQL database as they would with their other student information.  If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us for assistance.

If you give us access to your database, we will only access the data to perform maintenance tasks or to troubleshoot and investigate issues.

If you need to send us sensitive data, we provide a secure file upload service that you can utilize.  We do not allow sending sensitive data via e-mail since this is not a secure method for sharing data.

It is our policy not to keep any student data you might send us once the purpose of using it is completed.  For example, if you send us sample import records for troubleshooting, we will delete the import file once we are done with troubleshooting it.
