AccuTrack and AccuSQL Pricing of Support Plan Changes
Engineerica TeamAs some of you may have heard, we have modified the licensing structure for our 2016 version of AccuTrack and AccuSQL. It is now an annual fee opposed to being a one-time fee. The key benefit to this new licensing structure is that all add-on modules are now included in this fee. These add-on modules include the following software:
- Web Gateway: This software allows your students to shedule appointments, complete surveys, and sign-up for seminars via any internet-enabled device.
- Computer Lab Software: This software allows you to lockdown and track the usage of computers in computer labs.
- SignInTab: This software allows you to turn a Windows tablet into a cool Sign-in Station.
- StaffTab: Tutors, advisors, and staff use this software on a Windows tablet to manage AccuSQL.
- StaffPanel: A powerful Windows interface where advisors, tutors, and staff can quickly manage AccuSQL.
- WaitingList: This software allows you the ability to text students when its their turn and provides a display of the waiting list on large display monitors.
- iAccu: Capture attendance anywhere at any workshop with this Apple app and sync the data for reporting later via AccuSQL.
Current customers have the option to upgrade to the new licensing structure or stay with their current support plan. If you choose to stay, please note there will be a 10% increase to the Platinum Plus Support plan for your renewal. This pricing change will take effect for all renewals after January 1st, 2017.
