We are pleased to announce the release of AccuLite software. This software is based on an early version of AccuTrack and is designed primarily for tracking attendance.

AccuLite is provided as a low-cost option for users with low budgets. The licensing fee of AccuLite starts at $499.

AccuLite is based on AccuTrack Plus version 4.6 software and includes the following enhancements:

* Added basic import functionality for students.

* Added an option to hide the "activity" screen upon sign in. With this option turned on the software acts like AccuTrack Basic edition.

* Added support for variable length ID field. The minimum and maximum ID length can be set in the Options screen.

* Added the ability to customize the terms. You can now select to any of the following: [User, Student, Visitor, Employee, Person], [Activity, Class, Task, Job], [Category, Subject, Project], [Instructor, Job Owner, Manager, Client]. This will make the screens more user-friendly. For example, learning centers would probably use Student, Subject, Class, and Instructor. A company might use Employee, Project, Job, and Client.

* Resized the application screen to 1024*768 from the original 680*480 size.

* Increased supported Student Profile questions to 10 from only 5 before.

* Reorganized the screen and updated text label for more uniform and clearer interface.

* Added ability to mask the input ID for privacy control.

* Added database Repair utility. Users no longer need to download, install, and run the separate FixData utility.

* Added auto update capability. With this feature when we release maintenance updates, they will be downloaded automatically without user's manual work.

* Compiled application under Visual FoxPro 9. The original application was compiled with VFP7. Using the latest version means better compatibility with the latest operating systems. It
