About the Accudemia Orlando Training Class

The Accudemia training class will help you make the most out of your Accudemia investment. Learn about the different modules the software provides and how to implement them at your center. Get power user tips, ask questions directly to the Accudemia team, and interact with other Accudemia users.

NOTE: This is the only Accudemia live training session for 2020.  Make sure to register and pay early to guarantee your seat!

Orlando Training Agenda

The Accudemia training class will be offered over a 2-day period:

  1. The first day is designed for those who will be using the software on daily basis. Topics covered on day one include instructions for using the sign-in module, scheduling appointments, appointment settings, entering session comments, session/tutor questionnaires, and other daily functions.
  2. The second day is designed for Accudemia administrators or those who will be setting up the software for its users. Topics covered include data import and export, controlling access, and other administrative functions.

You can attend day one, day two, or both days. Of course, attending both training days will give you the most benefit as you will learn both sides of using Accudemia.

DAY ONE: Overview and Using Accudemia

A. Intro and Overview of Accudemia

This segment will introduce the software and show you its various modules. Recommended for all but especially useful for those who are new to the software. Topics covered include:

  • About Accudemia
  • Typical setup at a center
  • Software walk-through
  • Interface Tips
  • Reporting Tips

B. Using Accudemia

This segment is intended for those who will be using Accudemia on daily basis. We will show you how to use the various modules of Accudemia. However, the session does not show you how to set up these modules as setup will be discussed on the second day of training. Topics covered include:

  • Using the Student Sign-in Module and the sign-in reports
  • Using the Staff Sign-in Module and the staff reports.
  • Entering Session Comments
  • Messaging and Who’s In
  • Using the Appointments Module
  • Collecting Feedback on Services
  • Staff Ratings
  • Traffic Analysis
  • Accudemia resources and help
  • Questions and Answers session

DAY TWO: Setting up and Administering Accudemia

This segment is intended for Accudemia administrators. We will show you how to set up the various modules and perform advanced functions such as data import and creating access levels. Topics covered include:

  • Entering students, classes, and activities
  • Configuring Accudemia screens and options.
  • Importing data.
  • Exporting data
  • Controlling Access
  • End of Semester Clean Up
  • Accudemia Accessories
  • New Accudemia features
  • Sneak Peek at enhancements coming with the next update
  • Questions and Answers session


The training is usually held on Thursday and Friday, so you can stay after training and enjoy a weekend in Orlando's famous attractions!

The training session is conducted over two days with the following schedule:

  • Thursday, May 18: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Lunch break noon to 1:00 PM
  • Friday, May 19: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM


Depending on the number of attendees, the training will be held either at Engineerica's office in Oviedo or at a leased facility.  Please check this site later for an update.  In either case, you will be traveling via the Orlando International Airport (MCO) or via the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). Your active Accudemia subscription entitles you to send attendees to the Orlando training session for only a small registration fee!  Offer is subject to availability.

NOTE:  The registration fee does not cover travel expenses.  This means meals, lodging, transportation, and other travel expenses. You are responsible for these expenses.


Since this is hands-on training, each attendee will need a WIFI-enabled laptop so they can access Accudemia wirelessly.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend we encourage you to send a substitute. Cancel your registration by April 15, 2017, and get a full refund of your registration fees.  No refund for cancellations after April 15, 2017.

If we cancel the session for any reason, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit/refund on the registration fee, if any, and registering for another session.
