HeadHunter 2000 was designed on the feedback of professional recruiters, thus the software includes special features for recruiters:
Adjusts to the way you work
HeadHunter 2000 provides you with many data fields for entering information.
However, you only need to fill-out a few key fields in each screen.
For example, while the Candidate
screen allows you to enter extensive information about the candidate,
you only need to enter candidate's name to add a new record. You can
then add the information that most important to the way you do your
work.
Quick Data Entry
HeadHunter 2000 utilizes drop-down menus to speed up the entry process.
For example, to enter a placement,
simply select the candidate from candidates drop-down menu and job
order from job order drop-down menu. This process is quick and accurate.
Powerful SmartFill Technology
HeadHunter 2000 watches what you type and compares it to values you
typed in the past. If it finds a match, it will auto fill the value
for you. If the match is correct, simply press the tab key to move
on to the next field, otherwise keep typing.
Controlled Skills Fields
HeadHunter 2000 allows you to define the skills terms used in the
application. These terms will them be available to recruiters from
a drop-down window. By controlling these fields, you help make searches
and matches more accurate.
Smart Contact Fields
Double click on a phone number field to dial that number (requires
a modem). Double click on an email field to start a new email message
addressed to this person (using your default email client application).
Double click on a web address to visit it with your default web browser.
Double click on a date field to see a calendar for selecting the date.
Interconnectivity
To make your job easier, HeadHunter 2000 screens are interconnected.
For example, when looking at the candidate screen, you can see the
number of send-outs and interactions you had with this candidate.
You can even click on a tab on the candidate
screen to see the details of these interactions and send-outs.
Also when working in any of the HeadHunter 2000 forms, you can use
the F2 key to enter data in other screens! For example, while entering
candidate info, if the company he is currently working for is not
in your list, hit the F2 key to go to the company's screen and add
its info.
"Freshness Stamps"
Stale information is useless and sometimes even dangerous. For example,
if you are talking to a candidate to discuss a new opportunity, it
is useful to know what the current salary and benefits of this candidate.
However, if the salary and benefits info are old, they might lead
you to the wrong direction. With HeadHunter 2000, time-sensitive fields
are dated to allow you to gauge their usefulness.
Powerful Data Engine
HeadHunter 2000 includes a state-of-the-art data engine. For any screen
in the application (e.g. candidate), you can build your own data filters
and even save these filters for repeated future use. You can also
use a powerful Boolean search tool
to create and save search conditions. HeadHunter 2000 does not impose
a limit on the number of records you can enter and includes blazingly
fast searches.
Multi-user Application
HeadHunter 2000 has built-in support for network operations. To share
the data with multiple recruiters at your office, all you need to
do is transfer the data files to a shared directory on the network.
HeadHunter 2000 allows multiple users to access the shared data simultaneously.
HeadHunter 2000 will even track who made which placement or interaction.
The application also supports multi-level customized access rights
to the different HeadHunter 2000 screens.
International Support
If you are located outside of the US, HeadHunter 2000 allows you flexible
address format for your address. It also allows you to change environmental
variables such as currency character and date format.
