HeadHunter 2000 History.
Our work on HeadHunter 2000 started in 1999. The first step was to design software that matches the needs of professional recruiters, so we offered over a dozen recruiters a free test copy of the software in return for their help in designing and improving it. This worked very well as we got some valuable feedback from these testers. And after many months of work, we created the current version of HeadHunter 2000. Since this version was based on the feedback of recruiters, it has some nice and unique features as shown here.
Unfortunately our work on HeadHunter 2000 stopped shortly after its first release. Adding new features to the software and marketing it required more time and resources than we had available. This demand on resources was not supported by the sales of this product. The recruiting software market is saturated with products, and it was not feasible for us to continue developing and marketing this product under these conditions.
As a result of the above, we decided to stop developing and marketing the HeadHunter 2000. This was a sad decision for us because we spent over a year of work on it. In addition, we had to pay highly skilled programmers for the development of the software. So instead of just throwing away all that work, we decided to make it available to recruiters for free. This way we would at least feel someone is benefiting from our work. Our loss is your gain!
Note that since we are not charging a licensing fee for this product, we are not able to support it. We are professional software developers and our time is money. Spending this valuable time on answering questions regarding software that does not bring us any income is not a good use of our time. Please do not call us with questions regarding HeadHunter 2000. However, you might be able to get support from other HeadHunter 2000 users via the online support forum.
